Ordering & Customization
Q: How do I place an order on LEAF DESIGNS?
A: Ordering is simple! Browse our collection, select your desired product, and click "Add to Cart." Once you're ready, proceed to checkout, select pickup or local delivery, and submit your payment.
Q: Can I customize my furniture?
A: Yes! Many of our furniture pieces are customizable. Look for customization options on the product page, such as color, size, or finish. If you have specific requests, contact us directly at info@leafdesigns.co.
Q: What finishes do you currently offer?
A: We currently offer three beautiful finishes (Dark, Medium, and Natural). Dark is similar to a brown mahogany, medium is similar to a colonial maple, and natural looks like unfinished birch or maple. Each product listing tells you the finish used in the model pieces. Additional finish options are available by submitting a custom order.
Shipping & Delivery
Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
Q: Where do you ship?
A: We currently only offer local pickup (free) and delivery to the NYC Metro Area (for a fee). All our designs were created to allow for our furniture to be flat packed and shipped efficiently, and our plan is to offer additional shipping options in the future. Subscribe to our mailing list where we will keep you updated on our latest offerings.
A: Delivery times vary based on the specific products and quantities ordered. To keep our costs (and yours) as low as possible, we make each piece to order. Currently we are able to complete most orders within 5-7 business days, where items will then be available for pickup or local delivery. If you have questions about a specific order or timeframe, you can email us for better estimates.
Q: Will my furniture arrive fully assembled?
A: Currently all pieces come pre-assembled. They are designed to be easily taken apart if you are moving or need to put a piece in storage temporarily. Unlike other common furniture pieces on the market today, our strong and durable materials can withstand the assembly and moving for generations to come.
Returns & Refunds

Q: What if my furniture arrives damaged?
A: We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused and undamaged items. Returned items must be returned to the shop, at the cost of the purchaser, in original condition, and are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Items not in their original condition will not be accepted. Customized items are final sale unless defective. For returns, contact us at info@leafdesigns.co.
A: To initiate the return process, email info@leafdesigns.co within the 14-day return window. We will then reply with next steps. Items must be returned to the shop, in their original condition, within 5 business days of initiating a return.
A: We strive to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. If you receive a damaged item, please email info@leafdesigns.co with photos of the damage within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll work to replace or repair the item promptly.

Q: Can I see the furniture in person before purchasing?
A: We’re primarily an online retailer, but we do have a local shop that can be visited by appointment only. Check out the about us page for information on how to visit us.
