Returns & Refunds policy

You are entitled to cancel your order within 24 hours without giving any reason for doing so.

The deadline for canceling an order is 24 hours from the time the order was placed.

In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

We will refund you within 3 business days of receiving notice that you'd like to cancel the order. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

After the cancellation period of 24 hours, the following policies will apply:

Conditions for returns:

Orders where production has begun up until pick-up or delivery of ordered items will incur a 10% return penalty to cover the costs of production.

Orders where the items have been picked-up or delivered are eligible for return as long as they meet the following criteria:

  • The items were picked up and delivered within a 14 day window.

  • The items are in their original condition and can be resold.

The following goods cannot be returned:

  • Any item made to your specifications or clearly personalized.

  • Any item that has is showing clear signs of use or damage.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. You should send the goods to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable delivery method.

Returned items are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
